Children: - We believe that children have the right to feel safe, respected, valued, encouraged through a safe, warm, nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages the development of the whole child at a stage appropriate level
- We believe that all children are unique, capable and competent and that childhood should be a time for fun, friendship, adventure, play, happiness, where life skills, self-confidence and self-esteem are built on values, respect for ourselves and respect for others
- We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to feel safe, secure and develop primary care giving attachments with Educators
- We believe that all children should be empowered to have a voice and be empowered to make decisions in relation to their own learning and curriculum decisions
- We believe that all children should have the chance to extend their literacy, numeracy and cognitive development through a range of experiences
| Families: - We believe that families are our most valuable resource when it comes to information; understanding and helping about their child reach their potential. Therefore aiming to develop a partnership with families that allow us to build on children’s learning from the home environment
- We endeavour to encourage family involvement and participation in children’s learning
- We believe in having a meaningful and trusting relationship between educators, other families and the community as a whole, through our learning community, which will provide a collaborative relationship that will aid in providing children with consistency through various learning experiences.

Educators: - We believe that early childhood services are great for children, as they provide and establish relationships of trust and social interactions with peers and carers and that the role of adults is to provide a stimulating and responsive environment for children where positive reinforcement and encouragement make learning possible and fun
- We believe in and are committed to continuing our own professional development to ensure the best care and educational learning experiences for all children
- We believe that educators have the responsibility of being responsive to individual children, families and events within the community which will assist them in creating a stimulating and flexible learning environment for children
- We value building strong relationships within the team to support, have compassion, flexibility, mutual respect and role modelling for children
| Planning and Programming: - We believe in providing a play-based and child-centred educational setting where children are given opportunities to organise and make sense of their social worlds as they engage with people, resources and representations
- We believe that children learn best through play experiences that support, stimulate and promote their interests in not just themselves but with others and their environment
- We endeavour to create an educational environment for children that incorporates the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards within the National Quality Framework of Australia, our Service Philosophy, our Service goals and contributions from all our families
- We value the opportunity for children to have an extended amount of uninterrupted outdoor play, both structured and unstructured so they can explore all possibilities in our natural physical world
- We value our physical environments and surroundings; and believe that sustainable practices should be embedded within our daily routines, role modelled and incorporated into the children’s educational program/curriculum

In relation to the National Quality Framework: - We believe in the initiatives created by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) of our Nation, in establishing partnerships with Early Childhood professionals, with commitment to continual improvements to our practices, through promoting high standards thus increasing the quality of care and education
- We believe these practices will ensure the wellbeing and future development of children in our care as we focus on their early years
- As professionals we recognise the importance of staff development through further training, skill development and career progression
- As early childhood education professionals we adhere to the National Quality Framework, it’s implementation and assessment of the quality of our Service and we embrace the challenges of our ever growing educational field and the focus placed on our profession in the community.
